• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days

• Remote areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.

• From time to time, Lumieno may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number and link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

• Tracking updates depend on the courier company’s system.

5. Delays & Responsibility

• Lumieno ensures timely dispatch but is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, logistics issues, or unforeseen events.

• In case of a significant delay, our support team will assist you with updates.

6. Damaged Packages

• Customers are requested to check the package condition upon delivery.

• If the package is tampered with, damaged, or opened, kindly refuse to accept and inform our customer support immediately.

7. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across all major locations in India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.
