🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Lumieno

1. Returns

• We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

• Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

• Products should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

2. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.

3. Replacements

• Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement product (subject to stock availability).

• Replacement requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

• Products with tampered packaging or missing accessories cannot be accepted.
